PA28-160 75000PA28-160 s are very rare aircraft as they were the original Cherokee model. I could only find 10 in the UK when I searched some years ago and only 7 were airworthy at that time.

Upgrading a PA28-140 to a 160HP engine does not make it a PA28-160 or increase the MTOW. The 160 has MTOW 998kg and the 140 is 975kg.

The engine has been changed for O320-D2A Dynafocal mount, 160 HP and the original engine is included in the sale as well as many other spare parts. The original engine is undamaged but needs work. The aircraft retains its 160 type designation and higher MTOW.
