The plane was completely dismantled.
All metal parts were cleaned by sandblasting then treated against oxidation and repainted with a two-component paint.
All moving parts such as bearings or hinges have been checked and changed when out of tolerance.
The covering of the wings, fuselage and control surfaces was made with diatex 2000 and nitrocellulose coating.

The engine has been completely dismantled. A major hoverhaul was made by experienced mechanics. Spare parts such as gaskets, segments, tubing, screws were purchased from Spruce or Radial Engines.
