Very nice hard to find non turbo Saratoga SP with low time engine and propeller, recent paint and interior, very capable IFR package, complete logbooks since new, no known major damage (rudder skin replaced) hail or corrosion, Piper SB 1006 recently complied with, annual due August 1, 2024, high useful load of 1371 pounds, needs nothing!

Airplane time state:
Airframe has 3995 hours since new. Complete logbooks. No known major damage (rudder skin replaced), hail or corrosion. Annual due August 1, 2024. High useful load of 1371 pounds!
Only 60 hours on a quality engine overhaul by Signature Aircraft Engines in 2021 with new cylinders, new fluid hoses and new or overhauled accessories.
Three blade propeller has 60 hours since overhaul by ASI in 2021. Propeller governor was overhauled at the same time.
