Beautiful vintage 172 on sale. Equipped with a climb prop and the original Cessna towing eqipment however that one has not been used for the last 20 years at least but it is still operative.
Currently operating on owner-declared maintenance program (engine calendar is out).
Most of documents available, only the first technical logbook for period 1962-1971 is missing.
New seat rails installed in 2022.

Front seats are brand new restored. Ceiling and floor carpet refurbished as well. Otherwise the interior is more or less original from 1962.

Flaps and ailerons have cracking paint due to a bad paintjob at some point in the past. Other small nicks and dents on various exterior parts corresponding to the age.

ARC has expired but a fresh one can be arranged.

Found a damaged hydraulic lifter casing on cyl #6 in 2022, after closer inspection found tracks or traces also on a few other casings as well so suspecting a messy overhaul job some time in the past or maybe just a bad batch of those from Continental it was decicded that all 12 casings were to be replaced with new ones.
