RV7 180hp 72,500gbpThis 2008 Vans RV7 derived from a new factory quick build kit. Combined with a 180hp Lycoming 0360 engine, assembled by Teledyne Mattiticuk and paired to a Sensenich fixed pitch propeller, provides the ultimate combination of the best ingredients purchased new for this aircraft by a highly regarded Delta airline captain in the USA. Sadly the owner / builder fell ill and only accumulated a few hours in his RV7. The aircraft was then sold to Ireland and registered to its second owner in 2021.
The aircraft has been enjoyed by its second owner over the last 4 years and it has preformed flawlessly.

This is a low time aircraft, with just over 100hrs TT from new. It operates from a 400 meter grass strip, will climb at over 2000ft per minute and cruise hands off at 160knots. During the last 4 annual inspections the oil and filter have been monitored closely for any debris, the cylinders were bore scoped and the engine compressions always found to return good results, as would be expected with any 100hr Lycoming.

This is a low time, airworthy aircraft that preforms very well. If the new owner wished to put their own stamp on it, then as per the photos the aircraft could benefit from some avionic upgrades and maybe a little TLC over the winter. This is reflected in the price of 72,500gbp or 85,000euro.
