AT Aviation are pleased to present B-3695, a 2014 Piper PA-44-180 Seminole, a well-established and highly regarded four-seat twin-engine aircraft designed principally for multi-engine and instrument flight training. The PA-44-180 is powered by two 180 hp Lycoming engines, driving constant-speed, full-feathering propellers. Its conventional configuration, predictable handling and robust airframe have made it a mainstay of professional flight-training fleets and also gaining in popularity for touring aircraft too. B-3695 is equipped with the Garmin G1000 integrated flight deck, bringing modern glass-cockpit technology to the proven Seminole platform. The G1000 integrates primary flight, navigation and engine information into a clear electronic presentation and provides excellent situational awareness while reducing cockpit workload. For a training operator, this also provides an excellent bridge between conventional basic trainers and the increasingly glass-equipped aircraft found in commercial and advanced flight training environments.

The aircraft has accumulated 3,168 airframe hours, and 1168 hours since overhaul on both engines and propellers. Both engines and propellers were overhauled in 2019 at their 2,000-hour interval, representing careful maintenance by the previous owners. B-3695 was subsequently operated within a flight-training contract and, as a result, shows the honest signs of a working training aircraft rather than having been preserved as a private touring aircraft. The training contract ceased in 2024 and the aircraft has not flown since. A fresh annual inspection and Airworthiness Certificate will be provided for the new owner, with an Export Certificate of Airworthiness also available as an addtional option. However please note, throughout this period the aircraft has remained hangared and, in accordance with the Aircraft Maintenance Manual, regular maintenance has continued to be carried out. This has included monthly ground runs, annual inspections, and the ongoing cleaning and upkeep of both the interior and exterior.
