The aircraft is NOT a Kit and it comes with manufacturer certificate.
Only modification which was made during the 18 years of ownership is the throttle lever position. The original one is inop but is possible to be reconnected.
With the airplane comes sunshade which was bought from US, a tow bar, two headsets, anti-hail cover/protection for the wings, covers for the prop and canopy and Garmin navigation.
All bulletins are done including wing spars.
New magnetos, new fuel lines, new electric fuel pump, new brakes and tyres.
Oil change and filters is done regularly (by spec) but will be done also prior to sale.
The aircraft has all documents, service bulletins, invoices and service records.
