N44UB was imported to Europe by the Danish Robinson representative in 2006 and registered in 2021 to the FAA register. All equipment was fitted to N44UB under the EASA register and transitioned to the FAA register in 2021 by the 2nd owner. N44UB will be sold either on the FAA register or on the EASA register, depending on the preference of the buyer. All paperwork is in perfect condition and available as eMail for the buyer. VAT is paid for in Switzerland and is not refundable. N44UB will be sold with Swiss VAT included. Maintained by AMS Helicopter in Mannheim EDFM.

Airplane time state:
Approximately 927 TTSN airframe and engine, increasing. 12y inspection done in 2018. Blades replaced 2018. Engine running on condition. Floats inflated 2021 when registered with the FAA. Annual due 31. May 2024.

New Garmin 650 fitted in 2020, flightstream 410 for iPad connectivity available, new Garmin 345 XPDR fitted in 2020, new TRIG 96 radio (8.33 spacing) w/playback fitted in 2021, 9-hole insatalation, with fuel computer featuring range, fuel used, fuel remaining etc.

Tan original leather and carpets in very good condition. All equipment working. Windscreen and windows in good condition.

Original black metallic paint in good condition. Small cosmetic dents on undercarriage due to embarking - disembarking. Traces of maintenance done on the airframe. Horizontal stabilizer replaced twice due to hangaring incidents. No other known incidents, no other known accidents.
