It is in current annual next due July 2023. Hard to find clean 180hp Cherokee airframe with impeccable history at this price. The 1968 was first year for Cherokee line up with power quadrant vs vernier and the extra side rear windows. This Cherokee is certified in utility and normal category, It can be used to train in spins in utility category (1972and newer cannot due to 5 inch increase in fuselage length)

Low total time of 2675tt! All tech records since new. Canadian registered since delivered from Piper factory in1968. 725 eng SMOH. Engine Borescoped at annual inspection, compressions good, oil sample taken. Flown 25 hours in 2022 including 2 round trips across the Rockies . Respectable useful load >950 lbs 50 gal 8.5 gal hr @ 8000 ft . Aircraft hangared most of its life and it shows well for the age. Currently hangared.
