The fabulous G-BDVA Piper PA17 Vagabond Deluxe. Built in 1948 with 5363 Total hours.

The previous owner to me had owned it for 47 years!! Yes 47 Years. The engine is a Continental C90-12F which brings the luxury items of a lightweight starter and alternator. The previous owner had the engine Zero timed by the well renown Richard Isenberg of "Isenberg Engines Southend Airport". It has about 105hrs from Zero time and it runs beautifully.

The airframe and covering are in very good condition, pretty in light blue. The aircraft is covered in Ceconite fabric, the wings had new fabric in 2016 and the fuselage and tail sometime before that.

It has an 8.33 radio, no transponder. USB charging facility.

An absolute delight to fly all year round on both grass and hard.

The aircraft is located in East Anglia.
