Description
1973 Grumman AA1-B converted to tailwheel. Has a lycoming o-235/ 108 hp TT 1816.7 SMOH to new limits 153.8 times change as I fly it still.
Tail wheel conversion with multiplex gear clean up stc. Spin on oil filter, HSI is coupled to Garmin 155xl, firewall forward new at engine overhaul. Times will change as it is flown regular, all paperwork included for all new parts. Annual complete in Jan 2024
G-meter, narco nav/com MK 12D. CHT/EGT gauge. all works as it should
