Description

I've had this Bonanza for the last 15 years and have not flown it much in the last year so to cut some expenses I am going to sell it. Its in license and currently flying. Pretty basic airplane VFR with A-DSB out and two gps's. I flew it to the east coast and it averaged 138 kts and 8.4 gal per hour both ways. I have two other airplanes and this one is just not needed anymore. Last annual was 6/23/23 so its still in annual.

Airframe:
TTAF: 4350

Engines:
SMOH L/R: 4488/551
E-225 225 HP with Hydraulic prop. Overhauled by G & N IN 2005
Compressions at last annual on 6/23/23 were 72-72-74-66-72-70. I have a runout spare E225 1800 smoh with logs we can negotiate for if interested

Avionics

Old AN instrument and a AVMAP ULTRA back up AI-HSI with north American data base. KY-197 com Kt76 transponder with Garmin a-dsb. Northstar M3 gps. 4 place intercom. JPI fuel flow.

Interior

Just plain tired looking. Seats are faded but not torn or ripped. Headliner is torn in places.

Additional Features

Remarks:
Paint and interior are worn but serviceable definitely not a show plane and the ruddervators were replaced several years ago and are in excellent condition but the paint is flaking off. It's been in covered tie downs since I have owned it. Cleveland brakes and wheels. All logbooks from day one.
