Description
We are offering our 2003 Diamond Star DA40TDI with new CD155 engine & the latest MT Propeller MTV6/190-69 embodying a perfect blend of performance & efficiency. You'll cruise at 154KTAS @ 7.4 gal/hour in al fully IFR equipped aircraft.
The airframe got untied and flipped over during thunderstorm in ~ 2008, it was then sold as a wreck. We bought the remains in 2019 and rebuilt the airplane to perfect condition and put it back into operation in 2023. The rebuilt included:
- complete structural inspection & repair @ Diamond in Wiener Neustadt (new form 1 issued for structure)
- new horizontal tail, new canopy (XL)
- all new engine & propeller components firewall forward
- new paint (complete aircraft)
- new set of avionics
