Excellent condition, recently serviced, and comprehensive paperwork all in order.

LAA Group A - fly on a PPL and log as P1
Rotax 912UL (80HP), 1085 hours (will rise as continuing to fly)
Gearbox and 200hr service at 1080 hours by Kevin Dilks (Special Aviation Services). Noted overall excellent condition and engine runs very nicely!
Propeller warp drive 66
Airframe 978 hours.
Taildragger configuration.
Permit to 27/07/2024 (recent interim inspection as part of a PMR)
Logbooks moved from Microlight style to LAA approved engine and airframe log books at last permit inspection in July 2023.
Stored in a dark hangar when not in use.

- Trig radio TY91 in panel with 2 place intercom (dual GA plugs), dual PTT on sticks.
- Trig TT21 transponder in panel
- Integrated Pilot Aware Rosetta (audio traffic alerts via headset/radio and overlay on Skydemon)

- New professionally made plastic placards in line with LAA Group A requirements

G-CBAS is in good all round condition and is well equipped with panel integrated Trig radio and transponder.

The Dacron skins are in fair condition and have been regularly treated with UV blocker (as did the previous owner). The engine has recently received a major service and carb balance and runs and starts very well. Compressions noted as good.
Only run on Mogas during my ownership but also takes Avgas. Excellent STOL/soft field performance.

At the beginning of my ownership I worked with an LAA inspector to move G-CBAS from Microlight to Group A to allow me to fly on my PPL. This involved a re-weigh and new W&B schedule with slightly increased MAUW. If a buyer wanted to move back to microlight
the new W&B could be used to make it a paperwork only exercise (LAA Mod#10).

Very detailed log book from 2001 build onwards, now migrated to LAA approved log book going forwards. All history, paperwork, invoices, service sheets/worksheets etc from new are present and organised in folders. Build manual present.

I've really enjoyed owning G-CBAS and am selling to enable a new aircraft purchase. The aircraft is located south of Peterborough and is available for viewing by prior arrangement.
