Description

Quasar 582/40 4,000PEGASUS QUASAR 582 2TC G-MYKR and much more 4,000
Sorry to say heart attacks, pacemaker, old age, diabetes, gout and Chinese Covid have conspired to leave me without the oomph to rig, start and fly my lovely Design Council Award winning Pegasus Quasar 582. Bought new in 1993 this was my fourth new Solar Wings/P&M microlight and an absolute delight to fly.
Kept hangered and with the original wing mostly kept de-rigged in its wing bag.
A new caring owner is sought
Quasar G-MYKR comes with:-
A Rotax 582/40 2-stroke twin carburettor pull-start engine and wing that has run/flown 226 hours
Whilst it is fitted with 3-blade Arplast propeller an unused spare Arplast propeller is also supplied with prop setting tool.
Instruments/equipment - ASI, Compass, Altimeter, VSI, Rev Counter, Temp Guage, etc
Quasar s last C of A was as a two seater but can be easily converted to a Single Seat Deregulation (SSDR)
Full service history and Log Books. Maintained by the excellent BMAA Inspector/Engineer James Clewer up to the time of his accidental injury. Although not flown since 2017, the engine has been turned over regularly but will need servicing.
Unused spare front forks
Spare wheels (2)
Various other spares
Kawasaki Generator
Enclosed custom-built trailer (In need of roof repair, tyres & service)
If required I can also include my Two Hangars for Trike & Wing (Doors etc need maintenance) situated at Chase Farm, Air Strip, near Billericay, Essex.
Call Reverend Colin Stallard on 07806 961 697 for more details.
