Remarks:
Bought in 2006. Built with meticulous care until 2016. Engine has the liquid cooled cylinder head mod. It was complete and flying and on the last flight the owner forgot to turn on the water pump for the cylinder head cooling and it over heated. As a precaution he dismantled the heads in preparation to have them checked out but got sick and passed away before he could get it done. I am now helping his widow to sell it to someone that can finish it. The kit was $26,000. The engine was $13,000, the spar upgrade is done. The dynons are already in. To buy it for $30,000 and finish it will save a considerable sum. It has already flown.
