The Fournier RF4D is a distinguished single-seat touring motor glider designed by the renowned French aeronautical engineer Ren Fournier. Introduced in 1966 as an aerobatic development of the RF3, the RF4D features an all-wood airframe, celebrated for its elegant lines, low drag profile, and outstanding handling characteristics.

Engineered for versatility, the RF4D is fully aerobatic within prescribed limits, making it as at home in the box as it is on a cross-country glide. Its powerplant is the robust and reliable Rectimo AR16 1600, a modified Volkswagen engine known for its efficiency and ease of maintenance.
