G-OGGY is a rare and highly capable Aviat Husky A-1B Pup which is the lightweight, fixed-pitch variant of the renowned Husky series. Powered by a reliable Lycoming O-320 engine producing 160 horsepower, this aircraft delivers excellent short-field performance (STOL) and superb visibility.

Designed with simplicity in mind, the A-1B Pup features a fixed-pitch propeller and no flaps, making it a straightforward, honest aircraft perfect for backcountry fun! Typical takeoff and landing distances are around 150 meters, making it ideal for short grass strips.

With a strong useful load, this Husky can carry full fuel, two adults at 95 kg each, and 25 kg of baggage. Fuel consumption remains economical at 20 25 liters per hour.
