Items discussed with ACG aircraft: Fuel tanks might to be re-sealed in some time, but no matter of urgency. Minor oil leakage at turbo charger, no action required but has to be monitored.

Due to age-based changes of my personal live setup I concluded that there won't be sufficient time to maintain this hobby appropriately. Therefore I decided to sell my Mooney.
