Description

This 1980 Mooney M20K offers an excellent opportunity to get a well-maintained, low-time aircraft with speed and efficiency in the single-engine prop-class. With only about 2,900 total flight hours (subject to change, aircraft is still flown), this aircraft has been always hangared and is under Camo.
Aircraft is at the moment VFR, but IFR should be no problem
The aircraft had 09/2015 an accident: It striped a tree in approach, but was only slightly damaged (just shock-treatment and minor works)
2016 then collapsed the front-gear during takeoff-run (we have a video of this accident). The aircraft then became a new painting, a factory rebuild engine and also a new 3-blade-prop).

New painting 2016 white with blue stripes in still excellent condition (10 of 10). Since then the aircraft has flown just 290h and was always hangared.

2016 then collapsed the front-gear during a very short takeoff-run (we have a video of this accident). The gear and the other damages were extensively repaired by a professional shop, got new painting, a factory rebuild engine and also a new 3-blade-prop with deice).
We bought that aircraft in 2021. then, from 10/2021 to 05/2023 (yes, it really lasted 1,5 years) the aircraft got several new avionics, everything was intensively checked for wear and corrosion and, where necessary, repaired, fuel tanks were freshly sealed (no leaks until now), new stronger windshield, etc. We wanted to have a very good, safe and reliable aircraft.
Actual annual with 100h-inspection was concluded in 04/2025, valied til 04/2026
Last 50h-Inspection 06/2025
2024 until now the aircraft was flown more than 170 h.
