Left gear fairing is crinkled from high grass, but works fine

Plane couldn't be inspected for ARC in 2023 as apparently all EASA shops closed in North America during pandemic.

Even Lycoming and Continental were not performing ARC inspections anymore.

Airplane then sate for a year and after that year, I was too busy to fly.

Now, I can't stand to see it sit and simply want to sell it.

I will deliver it to any location in Western Europe for 11,000 EURO
