Totally rebuilt in 1996-1999. Almost new engine and props. The fuselage was rebuilt after damage, and the wings were covered with new cloth and painted.
2025 New carburettor, new oil hoses, new fuel hoses, and new safety belts.
The Airworthiness Review Certificate (ARC) was last done in September 2025.

The aircraft was constructed by the SAN factory in Barnay as D-140A serial no. 16, in February 1959. It was first registered as F-OBLF. Second register F-BJQR. Imported to Iceland in the summer of 1983 and got the registration TF-JDL. A new register TF-REF in 1991 and has been owned by the seller since then.
