Grumman Cougar GA-7 Project Aircraft / Sold As Is

For sale is a Grumman Cougar GA-7, first registered in 1979, with a total airframe time of approx. 4,849 hours.

The aircraft has not been operated since October 2023 due to an overheating event affecting both engines. The left engine is currently running properly. The right engine has a crack in the cylinder head on the front left cylinder.

Both engines were installed on 31 October 2015 and have approx. 822 hours remaining. Due to the overheating event, both engines should be overhauled before returning the aircraft to service.

The aircraft has been maintained by a certified aviation maintenance organisation. No valid ARC is currently available.

The aircraft is sold as seen, where it stands, in its current condition. Many spare parts are available and included/available with the aircraft.
