Plane last flew around Oct-Nov to the shop to do the engine overhaul and annual and they are spending 120k on the engine overhaul, they put installed new prop shaft in engine, NDH known, logs are complete, Interior and exterior is 6-7 looks pretty good as it is always hangared and they keep it buffed up, owner approves all maintenance needed and at last annual they spent 80k. Terry will talk to shop doing the overhaul and let me know estimated time of completion. Owner is selling because he purchased a King Air C90
