This Immaculate low time 1979 Piper Dakota 236 has been hangar kept with the last owner for 32 years. The airframe only has 2035 hours since new and 291 hours on a Factory Remanufactured to new zero time limits engine plus an upgraded 3 blade Top Prop Scimitar Propeller. A new Gray metal instrument panel has been installed plus Garmin updated Avionics with IFR GNS 430W WAAS GPS coupled to S-TEC 30 Auto Pilot with GPSS and Garmin ADSB IN and OUT GTX 345 Transponder. The airplane has been based in California since new, has all of logbooks since new and all the original Piper documents that the airplane came with from new. The current owner kept all the maintenance work orders and receipts in chronological order since he purchased the airplane in 1993.
