Description
I am selling my well-maintained Cessna F-172D.
The aircraft is in good condition for its age, and the seats are in very good condition. Which stood exclusively in the hangar
I flew it just once after the last ARC (Airworthiness Review Certificate) was issued on July 14, 2025; consequently, the Cessna has been sitting unused in the hangar for a year. The battery was replaced during the ARC and is connected to a trickle charger.
The engine requires inspection due to the long period of inactivity, and the ARC needs to be renewed. It would certainly be advisable to have the engine overhauled to ensure continued enjoyment of the Cessna for years to come.
