Description
I am selling my beautiful Piper Aztec B (PA-23-250), a twin-engine light aircraft. It is safe, easy to fly, offers a very high payload capacity, and due to its robust landing gear can be operated without difficulty from grass strips and shorter airfields. It is suitable for VFR and light IFR operations.
The excellent short-field takeoff and landing characteristics and the exceptional payload capacity for which the Piper Aztec is known are ensured by powerful, robust Lycoming O-540-A1D5 engines.
Four fuel tanks with a total capacity of 545 liters provide a long range, while the avionics suite is sufficient for light IFR operations.
Typical cruising speed is around 145 160 knots, with a combined fuel consumption of approximately 22 US gallons per hour.
