RV-7 Standard Build Project for Sale

I am offering my RV-7 project (Standard Build) for sale.
The project is at an ideal stage for someone who wants to take over an already well-established build while still having maximum flexibility regarding systems installation, interior layout and finishing.

Current Build Status
Empennage: Approximately 90% complete. The construction progress and work performed to date are thoroughly documented.
Wings: Approximately 50% complete. The wing skins have not yet been riveted, leaving excellent access for installation of wiring, control cables/lines, autopilot servos and other systems. The fuel tanks are also still open, allowing the buyer to perform and document the sealing and leak-testing work personally.
Fuselage: Complete kit, still in the original Van's shipping crate. Construction has not yet been started.
Finish Kit: Complete, still in the original Van's shipping crate. Construction has not yet been started.
This leaves all major decisions regarding the fuselage build, finishing, systems installation and overall configuration largely open to the new owner.

Heavy-duty, powder-coated steel wing storage/building fixture
Custom-built, extremely robust steel fuselage rotisserie, fully rotatable through 360 . This is particularly useful for fuselage interior work and for the subsequent installation and routing of aircraft systems.
Documentation & Build History
The original packing lists, plans and invoices are available.
The build log to date is also available and includes extensive photographic documentation of the work performed.

In particular, the completed and closed-up areas of the empennage have been comprehensively documented with photographs. This provides a clear record of the work performed and allows the existing build status to be reviewed and verified as part of any future inspection or approval process.

Inspection & Inventory
A personal inspection is explicitly welcomed.
A complete inventory check can be carried out together with the prospective buyer. For a project of this size and value, I consider this a sensible and important part of the purchase process.
