There has been a suggestion that this plane was one of the group of 4 mentioned in the book Fate is the Hunter. After leaving military service in 1949 it spent time in the USA, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, England and now is in New Zealand. It has the lovely large Viewmaster Windows, the larger Dash-94 engines and old business class seats, 3 abreast.
If purchased elsewhere in the world, another transfer trip could be organised, with a possible tourist trip through Australia. Many possibilities.
