This SR20 has always been hangared, is in top condition and has only flown long distances by the owner (see operating hours vs. landings), aircraft up to date.

IFR EQUIPMENT, CAPS complete refit 2023 (see illustration in maintenance manual), next inspection 2032, new annual inspection (March 2025) with replacement Avidyne screen incl. warranty, one Garmin 430 factory overhauled 2023, one Garmin 430 backup device with ground warning, special exhaust system.
