Aircraft Ownership and Maintenance History

The aircraft has been in my possession since 2003 and has been consistently hangared throughout this period. In 2010, it underwent a comprehensive overhaul, which included:
Complete paint stripping with concurrent corrosion treatment
Installation of a Mode-S transponder and 8.33 kHz VHF communication radio (Becker Avionics)
Full repainting
Replacement of the cockpit canopy
Modernization of the interior

Subsequent upgrades included the installation of a new starter, brake cylinders, an oil filter system, and LED lighting.

The fuel consumption is approximately 18 litres per hour, and oil consumption is about 0.03 litres per hour. The aircraft has been and continues to be flown regularly.
