Remarks:
Complete logs. No hail. Minor gear damage many years ago in a heavy landing. Carson City Nevada based, now here at Placerville. Very well equipped and flies fast and true. This would be an excellent IFR trainer. 180 HP, fixed gear, fixed pitch, 180 HP, four seats. If this was a 172 it would be 20 HP less and $20,000 more. These are honest four seaters and are fast for a fixed pitch 180 HP aircraft.
