The bad bits.
Aircraft suffered a wheels up landing. The fuselage has lower skin damage as well as some of the frames ground away. The two longerons also require replacing or repairing.
Propeller beyond repair and engine requires shock load.
The good bits.
Overall condition is very good. Paint is good as well as the interior which is blue cloth and vinyl. The instrument panel is very good, i believe it was a Ron & Jon STC.
EDM 930 primary engine monitor with fuel tanks & all engine parameters displayed.
No wing damage. Four fuel tank version.
The engine was overhauled in 2019 and converted from a narrow deck to the standard (wide) deck. Engine hours are approximately 150 hours.
The engine front curved baffles were replaced with new ones a couple of years ago, these are usually broken.
Engine has been converted to plane power alternator.
Toe brakes on P1 side.
Electric flaps.
The avionics are not included in the sale. The trays will be removed but the harness will stay intact if you wanted to reinstate any of it.
