Aircraft is in a very good technical state. Under CAMO since 2021.
No corrosion, no damage history, no leakage on fuel tanks.
In its old days sometimes kept outside during summer, but always hangared for winter, and hangared constantly since 2020.
Landing gear shock discs replaced in 2023. Wheelen LED landing light installed. AIR/OIL separator installed. Electric Trim installed.
Currently airworthy, annual valid until 12/01/2025.

ENGINE total time: 870h (On condition, New engine in 1998, on condition due to time since 2011. Oil analysis every 50hrs. Engine was started and run-up performed when not flying for longer periods.)

Interior replaced in early 2000's, not too worn. Windows clear.

Paint on the aircraft is in very good shape, wings and engine cowling have been refurbished recently.

She will easily cruise at 145kt while burning as low as 8.5gph while carrying 4 people comfortably. At econ power 115kt with 6gph. Lots of 3h+ trips done, no one of the passengers ever complained ;)
The only reason for her being on sale is that I started working for the airlines and don't have neither time or a valid practical reason to keep her.
