I have all the maintenance records and logbooks. Maintenance done by approved maintenance technicians, and I also have all flight and ground tests logged.

Because of low engine time, we have rotax certified extension of life for additional 5 years calendar, which means that this engine can work for additional 1220 hours or until end of 2030 (I have approved paperwork).

The plane was never used in flight school, only for private use.
