This TB-10 might be one of the nicest you can find right now in Europe. With only 1254 Hours since its delivery in 1989 it is in an outstanding condition. We invested a lot in the aircraft, for example:

- Main Landing Gear overhaul, new bushings, ORings, etc.
- Installation of an EDM700
- New Ignition Harness Kelly and Spark Plugs Tempest
- New Intake and Exhaust Gaskets
- New Intake Pipe Rubbers
- New Air Filter Bracket Housing
- New Brake Pads, Tires, etc.
- Propeller Overhaul in 09/24 including the NEW Hub (no more NDT inspections every 100hrs, a problem which a lot of TB-10s have!)
- Magneto Overhaul in 05/25
- Oil Changes every 35hrs with Philips XC20W50 and Camguard since it is with us

The aircraft was flown by only one Pilot (Commercial Pilot and Aircraft Mechanic) and was meticulously maintained. Every panel you open it looks like brand new inside. The interior is in nice blue cloth, which was replacing the old grey square interior cloth. Engine is on condition with oil consumption in normal range, lowest compression 74psi when measured cold. We are selling the aircraft due to low utilization and personal changes in life circumstances. The aircraft comes with a fresh ARC from 08/2025
