Rebel 45kThis much loved, utilitarian STOL aircraft is for sale due to her owners looking for a faster aircraft. G-BZFT is nicknamed the Transit or AirRover by club members due to her rugged looks and large payload.

Airframe is corrosion free and internally Zinc Chromated.
Engine rebuilt with new crank and bearings, accessory case gears plus loads more detailed in logbook 400 hours ago in 2020.
Compressions are all 78 /80 and 80 hr checks completed as at 13 may 2025.
Engine oil and filter changed every 40 hours. Annuals carried out every 80 hrs.
Run on UL91 mainly but 100LL when UL91 was not available. Although certified for Mogas, we have never used it in this aircraft.

At 95 Knots TAS she burns 24 ltrs an hour, leaned.
Usual analogue instruments ASI, VSI etc.
Great touring aircraft with wide cabin, great downward visibility which can be flown with windows open, and huge payload. 170 litre fuel tanks. 748Kg MTOW. Very light controls and great ground handling. No need to weave during taxi as the runway is visible over the cowl.
She lives on 400 meter grass strip and stalls well under 40Kts
This Aircraft has just returned from her second flight to Scotland, 9 May.
Comprehensive maintenance logs and all ADs and TADS have been complied with.
The aircraft will come with two new oil filters and any oil remaining.
The next Permit is due October 2025.

This aircraft is available for viewing near Swindon and can be demonstrated by current owners where serious prospective buyers pay cash in advance to share the cost of the flight. The rate is based on the price of Avgas ( 48 per hr).
