Very well maintained Reims Cessna 172 M. Fully IFR equipped with latest Garmin GI-275 PFD and HSI/Moving Map. Airplane time state:
TTAF about 6700, engine Lycoming O-320 E2D/150 hp TTE 1730 hrs SMOH. All cylinders compression in high 70s. Latest oil sample inspections no metal residu of any significance except lead which is obvious. Engine is running on condition due to age. With Gomolzig exhaust 71,4 dB with reduced noise level. Times are approximate, airplane is flying weekly. Aircraft is maintained to easa standard. All SID/AD/SB passed.

Nice Garmin Stack starting with the GMA350c which is the latest bluetooth audio switch panel. It will allow you to talk to ATC but also listen to high quality stereo music from your phone and conduct phone calls when connected to GSM network. It records the last ATC conversations so you can playback the last calls. It also has a built-in marker beacon receiver. When you have your phone connected to the audiopanel with SkyDemon or GarminPilot software it will play audio warnings on your headset.
Next is the GNC255a which is a nav/comm set with GPS connection. It automatically tells you the name of the station you are in contact with and has 8.33 channel separation. The analog NAV connection is going straight into the KI-209 vor/glideslope/localiser indicator which gives you traditional ILS capability. The digital connection is going into the GI-275 MFD with moving map and HSI. It displays the vor/glideslope on the second GI-275.
Below that is the GNC355 which has a tremendous amount of capabilities. First it is a 8.33 comm radio with digital frequency selection. Then it is a great VFR NAV set that allows you to create a flightplan for multiple routes and store them in memory. And finally it is an IFR navigator that will allow you to fly SID, enroute airways, holding patterns and STAR flight procedures. It supports all RNAV approaches like Lnav/Vnav and the precise LPV approaches. It also supports visual approaches with GPS guided glideslope/localiser indications for small airfields without ILS system.
Next is the Trig TT31 Mode S transponder that received the latest software update which gave it ADS-B out. The GPS feed comes from the GNC355 which gives the aircraft a very precise location and altitude indication on Flightradar. It also makes the Cessna very visual for other aircraft equipped with ADS-B in. The transponder switches automatically between GND/ON/ALT when taking off or landing.
Finally the Narco DME 890 with distant readout from DME stations which is still used in traditional ILS approaches.
