1947 Piper PA-12 Cub Super Cruiser G-CDCS. 59.5 engine hours

This aircraft has been in its current ownership since 25/04/2018 and extensively improved during this time to its current "Turn up/Walk Around/Put in Fuel/Fly/Put away/leave the airfield happy" condition. New parts have been sourced and fitted as required and existing parts overhauled/replaced where needed.

The focus has been 100% on mechanical and operational quality and reliability, including modern electronics and flight systems, to allow safe and routine operation alongside more modern aircraft and current flight regulations. The aircraft retains its authentic character and patina, which sit well with its presence and gravitas and are of course underpinned by the mechanical integrity now under the skin.

The aircraft has been competitively valued against the other (very few) PA-12 Piper Cub aircraft recently on the market in UK and Europe and obviously has the huge advantage of a basically new engine, coupled with the extensive amount of new and overhauled parts and systems now present.
