Professionally built in 1972 by Tallmantz Aviation in California for the 1975 Hollywood production of The Great Waldo Pepper starring Robert Redford. Designed and constructed using the original Sopwith drawings. A regardless of cost exercise to meet tough film production requirements.
Flown by the legendary aerobatic pilot Art Scholl. Many other movies, international air shows, TV commercials to its credit.
